Coser Live — Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

1. Introduction

Coser Live (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the App”) is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) including related material and conduct on our platform. This document represents our publicly published standards explicitly prohibiting CSAE and related content, published in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Coser Live has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – any depiction, visual or text, of a minor in sexual acts or with sexual intent.
• Grooming, enticement, or predatory behavior targeting minors.
• Solicitation, sharing, distribution, creation, or possession of CSAE content.
• Any behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading, sharing, storing, generating or distributing CSAM or any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Attempting or facilitating sexual contact with minors, including in-app communication of a sexual nature.
• Grooming behavior, predatory contact, or attempts to solicit minors.
• Use of App features to solicit, request, suggest, or engage in CSAE activities.
• Any content or conduct that violates applicable child protection laws or could reasonably be interpreted as harmful to minors.

4. Reporting, Detection & Response

4.1 Reporting Mechanism

Users can report suspected CSAE content or behaviors through:

• In-App Report button on content or user profiles.
• Email to our child safety team at: support@coserlive.com
• Directly to local law enforcement when immediate danger is suspected.

4.2 Detection and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report or detecting CSAE content:

• The content is reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
• Confirmed CSAE content is immediately removed from the platform.
• Accounts involved in CSAE violations are suspended or terminated without prior notice.

4.3 Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations as required by law, and we will provide necessary assistance and information to support investigations.

5. Compliance with Laws and Standards

Coser Live complies with applicable child protection and online safety laws, including but not limited to:

• Google Play Child Safety Standards (as required for publishing and distribution).
• Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protections for minors.
• Other relevant local, regional, or international laws regarding child safety and exploitation.

6. Age Requirements & Parental Guidance

Coser Live is intended for users aged 18 years or older. Minors are prohibited from creating an account or using the App without verifiable parental consent where required by law. Any account found to belong to someone under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise minors’ online activity and to use appropriate parental controls on devices.
